Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all orders placed via piursleep.com.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example by email or post):

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
• the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• the supply of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.

2. 101-Night Sleep Trial

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 101-Night Sleep Trial for eligible products marked accordingly on piursleep.com.

The 101-Night Sleep Trial is a voluntary extended return policy and applies in addition to your statutory rights. Your statutory rights, in particular your legal right of withdrawal, remain unaffected.

• The trial period is 101 nights from the day you receive the product.
• During this period, you may test the product at home as part of normal use.
• If you wish to make use of the 101-Night Sleep Trial, please contact us within the 101-night period by email at support@piursleep.com.
• After contacting us, you will receive further instructions regarding the return process.
• To qualify for a return under the 101-Night Sleep Trial, the product must be in a hygienically acceptable condition and must not be intentionally damaged.
• After receipt of the returned goods, or proof that the goods have been returned, we will refund the purchase price using the same payment method that was used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that the 101-Night Sleep Trial only applies if it is expressly stated for the respective product or offer on piursleep.com.
