Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Germany as well as to other countries within the European Union.

If you would like delivery to another country, please contact us in advance by email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process before you complete your order.

Unless otherwise stated, the following applies:

Germany: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
European Union: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

For certain promotions or orders, free shipping may be offered.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods takes place:

within Germany: 2–5 business days
within the European Union: 3–10 business days

For payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank.

For other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded.

If the end of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the period shall end on the next business day.

Shipping Service Providers

Shipping is carried out via suitable shipping service providers (e.g. DHL, DPD, UPS, or comparable providers).

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Partial Deliveries

If a product is temporarily unavailable, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you.

No additional shipping costs will be charged to you as a result.

Customs and Taxes

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which must be borne by the buyer.

Delivery Delays

If delays occur due to force majeure or logistical problems, we will inform you without undue delay.
